Not getting reset password email - Guild Wars Forums

Not sure if this is the right spot or what, but whatever haha.

So I decided to start playing again but I forgot my password. No biggie, I said. So I clicked "Reset password" and entered my email. Its been 4 or 5 hours and still no email.

Is the email just taking a long time or is there something messed up? My account isn't linked. Is there any way I can change my pw?

PS: My login email is an AOL account so I dunno if it's AOL or A-net.

I noticed that earlier today myself. The function may not work at all. I would email support with what you remember and im sure they can hook you up.

However, because my account is linked I was able to do it thru the plaync site.

Which raised another question: on the plaync site your password can only be 13 chars max and I know on one of my accounts it was much longer. Then it says must start with a letter, I also know that that same account the pass started with a number.

Its all very confusing, so gl and sry about the hijack.

A lot of people have been having problems receiving their reset passwords. Fail. Anet has just been plain fail these past months....nothing but fail.
